This installation may store account, reservation, payment-claim, and support-message information in its configured database. It is not configured to process card payments or send transactional email.

Operator responsibilities

Before collecting real customer information, the operator must publish a lawful privacy notice, configure an appropriate legal basis and consent choices, establish retention and deletion practices, secure hosting and access controls, and meet all applicable regional requirements.

Payment information

Manual payment claims may include a customer-provided reference and supporting attachment for administrator review. Do not submit card details, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, PINs, or one-time codes.
